Allied Veterinary Hospital Policies

After our Veterinarian has evaluated your pet, an initial exam and consultation fee is assessed. If further diagnostic and treatment options are needed, our staff will provide you with an itemized estimate of these services prior to proceeding with your pet’s care.
Payment is due as services are rendered. After our doctor examines your pet, he/she will give you an estimate for any treatments or tests that are recommended. If your pet is being hospitalized, we require full payment of the estimate in advance. We accept all major credit cards and cash.


We also offer CareCredit. CareCredit is an outside company that assists you in financing your pet’s medical bills. We do not accept checks. You can apply over the phone by calling (800) 677-0718 between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., EST and immediately find out if you are approved. If you are an existing CareCredit Cardholder and need help with your account, please call (866) 893-7864. You may also apply for CareCredit in our hospital, or online prior to bringing your pet into the clinic.

We have provided a number of our in-house forms including a one page referral form, our 24 hour monitoring form and our transfusion monitoring sheet. Please feel free to download these for use or to complete prior to the transfer of your patient to our hospital.
